25th January 2026 Supper Club Special Guest: Lamber De Bie
Our January Supper Club welcomes Lamber De Bie, whose journey to Ireland began in 1994 with a plan to stay “for one year.” Ireland soon became home, and Lamber now lives in Kilkenny with his partner Pat, running their business together.
With a lifelong love of nature and all living things, Lamber’s story and values have inspired a special menu for the evening—rooted in respect for the land, seasonal produce, and the natural world we share.
We look forward to sharing this unique evening with everyone.
When: 6 pm the last Sunday of each month. January – September & November.
Membership: €400 Annual Membership or €50 per experience. Limited availability.
